Lower Division preferably in Architecture / Civil Engineering or similar discipline. Al least 5 years experience in the industry. Excellent attention to details and numeric skills. Ability to interpret drawings and advice on designs modifications. Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels and high level of initiative.
