Demonstrate Management and Leadership skills. Ensure that the Company remains profitable and supervise the activities of the organization. Overseeing the provision of Management expertise to meet the needs of the business. Identifying and implementing, sound, profitable business strategies and best practices. Requirements Relevant Degree and qualifications. 10 years of general management experience man oil & gas services company. Must have prior Nigerian/ West African experience in a similar role. Must have previous experience in the offshore and/or subsea industries. Previous fabrication yard management experience is a plus. Must possess high caliber organizational, planning and supervising skills. Must be proficient and experienced in developing comprehensive reports. Must be decisive and able to make timely yet informed, sound business decisions. Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be a clear, strategic thinker.
